I forgot my password
If you have forgotten your password, we will email you password recovery instructions. Click “forgot your password?” found on the sign up page.
Enter your email associated with your Inspector’s Edge account and wait for further instructions to be sent.
Once you receive the email from Inspector’s Edge, click the link in the email and follow the instructions on screen.
How do I reset my password?
Under your My Account section of the dashboard you have the ability to reset your password. You will find all your user information under the “Edit User Info” tab.
Click “change password” to take you to the new screen.
Once you have successfully chosen a strong password (Recommended passwords are between 8 and 20 characters with a number and a special character. Passwords are case sensitive.), click “update”.
