Can’t upload photos or files

If you are receiving an error message when trying to upload a photo or file, follow the instructions below. However, if you are just unsure of how to upload an image check out our guide on uploading photos.

Clear your cache: Clearing your browser cache is often a great fix for annoying little problems that come up. You need to clear the cache, close the browser, re-open the browser and then log back in to your account.  If you’re not sure how to clear your cache, see:

Try a different browser: Inspector’s Edge is made to work in most browsers. But if clearing the cache doesn’t help out, switching to a different browser than the one you’re currently using may be beneficial.
