“Your Account”

“Your Account” is where you will find all user information pertaining to your website. Read below to find out each tabs purpose.

Edit your website

The “Edit Your Website” tab shows the “status” (Trial or Paid) of your website, the template you have chosen, expiry date of your trial, and a button that will direct you to your website builder.

Your website builder is where you will do all your editing on your template. View Manage Content for full details on how to edit your website.

Please note:  Depending on whether your status is Trial or Paid, “Edit Your Website” may also display your payment plan. The payment plan will show when your last payment was, and when your next payment is due.

Edit user info

The “Edit User Info”  tab is where you have the ability to modify your account email and password. This is the password used to log in to Inspector’s Edge.

Click “Change Password” to take you to the new screen.

Once you have successfully chosen a strong password (Recommended passwords are between 8 and 20 characters with a number and a special character. Passwords are case sensitive), click “update”.

Edit business info

* for paid users only 

The “Edit Business Info”  tab is where you can update any company information you wish to modify.

Click “Edit Info” to redirect to your account information editing screen.
Once you have successfully completed your changes, click “update”.

Add/modify email

* for paid users only 

Inspector’s Edge allows you to create up to 5 professional email accounts with your domain name. This section is where you will have the ability to add and modify your emails. Log into your account and click the side tab, “Add/Modify Email”.

To Add:

Under “Add Email Address” type the first half of your desired email address. E.g. info, johndoe, booking. Inspector’s Edge will have added the ending of your email automatically after you register your domain name. (e.g. @example.com).

To Modify:

After clicking “Add Email” your email address will appear in the section directly above titled “Email Addresses”.

To edit an email address click the “pencil tool”.
To delete click the “trash bin”.
